Eligibility Criteria
- Must have between 300 to 20,000 engaged followers.
- Generate at least 10,000+ impressions weekly (details required in Phase 2 of application).
- Actively participate in crypto/Web3 discussions and community groups.
- Demonstrable content creation skills (portfolio submission required).
- Proven track record of authentic engagement with your community (evidence of follower engagement required).
Responsibilities
- Develop and share original content based on weekly briefings from W Chain.
- Initiate and sustain meaningful discussions about the W Chain platform.
- Regularly update the community on project developments and milestones.
- Engage actively with community inquiries.
- Maintain a consistent weekly presence across platforms.
Rewards and Incentives
- Access to early information and updates directly from the W Chain team.
- Exclusive entry into a select group with prioritized updates.
- Weekly incentives in WARP (W-Chain Arcade Points), with additional monthly bonuses based on performance.
Compensation Structure
- Weekly reward: 20 USDT per participant.
- Monthly bonus: Available only for the top 5 performers with total value of 1,000 USDT.
- Total Budget: Incentives/rewards 3240 USD for 3 months (probation period program)

Application Process
- Fill out the application form available at W-Chain.com. (will create page)
- Provide your name and active social media handles (Telegram, Discord, etc.).
- Participate in an interactive selection process that includes a live Discord interview.
- Complete role verification and receive necessary materials for content creation.
- Performance evaluation to identify top contributors.
- In total 20 slots of people with selections process selecting 10 people per batch & we will run 2 batches in a gap period of 2 weeks
Understanding WARP - W Chain Arcade Points
- WARP serves as an on-chain point system rewarding users within the W Chain ecosystem, beyond just the W-Arcade platform.
- Earn WARP through daily and weekly missions, seasonal events, referrals, and community activities.
- WARP is bound to your account and cannot be transferred to others.
- Convert WARP to WCO at a potential 1:1 ratio via the WARP Crystallization process.
Selection Process
- The program will continuously interact with participants over three months, including evaluations and role assignments, to ensure only the most dedicated and impactful community leaders are chosen.
